Who Are the Members of Hoaxwind?

Let’s start with the heart of the matter - the current Hoaxwind members. This group is a tight-knit crew of musicians who bring their passion and talent to every performance. They don’t just play the songs; they live and breathe the spirit of Hawkwind. Here’s a quick rundown of the key players:

• LEIGH Lead Vocals and Lead Guitar: This frontman channels the raw energy and authenticity that fans expect. Taking on the vocal persona of both Robert Calvert and Dave Brock. His guitar work is both faithful and flawless, adding layers to the classic sound. He's also a proficient fiddle player.

• KELVIN Backing Vocals and Rhythm Guitar: The peacock of the band, always dapper, plus he provides an important backbone to song structures as well as melodic performances on 12-string acoustic guitar. (plus occasional keyboards too)

• MIK Bass Guitar: Mik is the one, holding down the groove with a deep, pulsating rhythm that drives the music forward. He's an unstoppable beast of a man.

• TIM Keyboards and Sax: Tim is a virtuoso performer. Classically trained at Oxford, "The Professor", as he is affectionately known, provides flawless renditions of Hawkwind recordings. He's also a very adept sax player.

• TONY Keyboards and Audio Generator: Tony adds the psychedelic textures and spacey effects that are signature to Hawkwind’s sound.

• KRYP Drums and Percussion: He keeps the beat tight and dynamic, blending those classic Hawkwind rhythms with a cosmic flair.
